Due to the nature of the products we sell, we are only able to offer returns/replacements for special circumstances. When your parcel arrives, it is important that you check you order is correct and not damaged.
If a product you ordered is faulty or damaged please contacts us with photos of the product and packaging. We will endeavour to correct the issue and will get back to you with in 3 working days as to what the next steps are.
Warranties (when a warranty is applied to an item) are held and maintained by the manufacturer/supplier. If you receive a faulty product please contact the manufacturer directly.
